What are the pro's and con's
The rules for dealing with an ebook publisher are the same as dealing with a print publisher. Do they pay advances? What kind of royalty do they pay? Are they going to promote the book, or expect you to do all of the publicity? Is the publisher legitimate (i.e. did you look them up on Preditors and Editors and do a Google search to see what others say about them?) or is it a hack teenager promising to "publish" you on their website.
Would you consider an offer to have your book published online for ebooks?

No. I would suggest finding an agent and going the traditional route. Not that ebooks aren't great, but the market is saturated, and many readers still prefer physical books. I don't think writers of e-books would be as successful (harder to promote and market), but that's just my opinion.

I can't think of any pros. The cons are that you can never sell that book to a legitimate publisher.
